Masud, Baksh, MD
President & Medical Director
Masud Baksh is a board-certified internist, practicing medicine in the United States since 1996. Since the beginning of his practice, he realized the need to go beyond conventional medicine to address the unfulfilled needs of clients desiring to unlock the true potential of their health and well being. Keeping this in mind, he trained himself in age management medicine, completing his certification with AMMG (Age Management Medical Group) in 2011.
Nila Zaman
Vice President
A graduate of the University of Texas, Arlington in Management Information Systems, Nila Zaman is a seasoned entrepreneur and management professional. Her successful career spans stints at the World Bank Group as Financial Consultant, Lockheed Martin Corporation and USAC as Project Manager. She is the co-founder of Vital Health & Aesthetics and oversees day to day operations.
Nisha Patel, FNP
Family Nurse Practicioner
Nisha Patel is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been specializing in anti-aging medicine since 2015. Her previous experience as a medical provider includes the family medicine, primary care, and urgent care settings. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and Master’s of Science degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. She is board-certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Kendyl Jaworowski
Master Esthetician
Kendyl is a Master Esthetician licensed in Virginia and DC with a passion for quality skincare, brow mapping and lash services. Her priorities in the treatment room are educating patients, understanding their goals and having a detail-oriented approach to ensure the client's goals are met.
Kendyl has a deep rooted understanding of concerns like acne & rosacea and focuses on external & internal remedies to help treat skin concerns.
Anushree Pandey
Office Administrator
Anushree Pandey has been with the practice since we opened our doors in 2016. You can count on Anushree for a welcoming smile or timely follow-up on any question or issue you may have about our procedures..
Anushree completed her MBA degree in 2013 and has been living in Virginia with her husband since 2014.
She is a proud mother to their beautiful daughter. Her passions include animals and trying different types of cuisines.
